ETHEREAL CUSTOM GARMENT TERMS & POLICIES

Thank you for choosing ETHEREAL for your special event!

Please review the following policies carefully before booking your custom garment.

SALES & REFUNDS

All sales are FINAL, including but not limited to consultation fees, deposits, and payments. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued.

DEPOSITS & FABRIC

A non-refundable 50% design fee is required to begin your custom garment. This fee does not include the fabric deposit.

Fabric costs are separate and will be discussed during your consultation. Fabric deposits cover the cost of materials and are non-refundable.

Please note that deposits and final pricing will be discussed and confirmed during your consultation.

CUSTOM ORDERS & TIMELINE

Please allow a minimum of 14 days prior to your event for custom garments, including alterations.

Orders placed with less than 14 days' notice will be considered RUSH ORDERS and will be subject to an additional Rush Fee.

DESIGN CHANGES

Once your consultation has been completed and your design has been approved, no changes or alterations to the design will be permitted.

FINAL PAYMENT

All payments must be made in full, with a $0 balance, before your completed garment can be released or received.
